Topic/Skill: Reading Comprehension

Feedback provided to tutee: Today worked on reading 2 short stories and answering some comprehension questions. This short story was a little longer than usual. However, Alice was able to get through it without any trouble. She was able to use the text to answer the questions.

Lesson(s) about tutoring and/or the tutee you learned: In the session, we were having audio issues so we had to rely on the chat option. However, we were still able to get through the lesson since this lesson was easy with the chat option. I encouraged Alice to use the chat like we talked. I noticed her personality still showed, and her grammar was great even if we were typing fast.

p August 28th Today Jeah wrote a lot, I had her create a make belief story to tell me. She struggles finding those in between words like "and" or "a" so we practiced using those or being more mindful and use them correctly.
