 I met with Hang-ah over Zoom on Tuesday, July 27, 2021. 

Topic discussed: Travelling goals, teaching abroad

Cultural and/or linguistic topics you and your partner learned: I learned about Hang-ah's experience in teaching. I learned about her interest in travelling throughout the United States, and I shared my past experience travelling within the country. We talked about the culture of travel within her family and Koreans, generally. I talked about how different families have very different attitudes toward national and international travel in the US.

Trying to further my evaluation of Jeahs skill we completing a reading assignment. Where we rfead brief articles and answered questions together. This testing her comprehension, which she is pretty good at. I've noticed if she reads out loud she seems to understand stuff better.

 August 3rd Today Jeah and I met after a brief break, we worked on learning new words and what they mean. She loves to draw so I let her draw the new words she learned.
