 July 12th, 2021- Today I met with Steven at Strozier library for an hour. First we talked about our weekends. I went to the beach and he got his second dose of the vaccine. Then we reviewed the conjugation charts and the prepositions in, on, and at. Today I had a reading activity that focused on a few more prepositions like through, from, to, and by, in the form of a letter. I explained how to address items and the format of a letter including the greeting, body, P.S., and farewell. He read aloud and I corrected any mispronunciations and checked his vocabulary understanding. Then we reviewed a few things that he learned at CIES like the gerund and used them in sentences.

Trying to further my evaluation of Jeahs skill we completing a reading assignment. Where we rfead brief articles and answered questions together. This testing her comprehension, which she is pretty good at. I've noticed if she reads out loud she seems to understand stuff better.

 August 3rd Today Jeah and I met after a brief break, we worked on learning new words and what they mean. She loves to draw so I let her draw the new words she learned.
