Kiyanna Caggiano CO #2

 Since, I observed classes later on in the semester I feel like I missed some of the more hands on teaching. I observed Dr. Rios reading class, and they were mainly doing individual comprehension questions and summaries that they have been working on. One thing I did notice is that with more advanced/intermediate students the class has the same atmosphere as a normal classroom. I observed that Dr. Rios was not super involved but any time students needed help he assisted them and made sure no one was stuck or confused.

Trying to further my evaluation of Jeahs skill we completing a reading assignment. Where we rfead brief articles and answered questions together. This testing her comprehension, which she is pretty good at. I've noticed if she reads out loud she seems to understand stuff better.

p August 28th Today Jeah wrote a lot, I had her create a make belief story to tell me. She struggles finding those in between words like "and" or "a" so we practiced using those or being more mindful and use them correctly.
