Jackson CP #4

 Thursday evening, July 29th, I had my 4th conversation partner meeting with Maher. We spoke for quite a while at the International Dinner event, continuing our previous conversations about soccer and bringing in other people to help contribute to the conversation. We talked about music, dancing, and food as well, of which there was plenty. He commented that he quite liked the BBQ chicken pizza, which I thought was quite funny, and we then discussed good places to find pizza in Tallahassee. We talked also with Aziz about how funny American dances can be. The conversation was very entertaining and it was great to actually have the opportunity to talk in person, rather than over zoom.

Trying to further my evaluation of Jeahs skill we completing a reading assignment. Where we rfead brief articles and answered questions together. This testing her comprehension, which she is pretty good at. I've noticed if she reads out loud she seems to understand stuff better.

 August 3rd Today Jeah and I met after a brief break, we worked on learning new words and what they mean. She loves to draw so I let her draw the new words she learned.
