Topic/Skill: Activities

Feedback provided to tutee: I had Je-won repeat sentences, phrases, and vocabulary words after me. If he didn't say them properly or clearly, I repeated them and had him repeat them back again.

Lesson(s) about tutoring and/or the tutee you learned: Repetition is very important when it comes to learning new vocabulary words. I went over the same words several times and then had Je-won use them in sentences to solidify his learning. I also learned that he loves to paint and garden.

Trying to further my evaluation of Jeahs skill we completing a reading assignment. Where we rfead brief articles and answered questions together. This testing her comprehension, which she is pretty good at. I've noticed if she reads out loud she seems to understand stuff better.
