Topic discussed: Religion, politics, places in Saudi Arabia, 4th of July activities, places in Florida

Cultural and/or linguistic topics you and your partner learned: Hussam taught me more about what that the new Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia is doing. I learned that Hussam is moving back to Saudi Arabia on Saturday for a job interview and may or may not come back, depending on if he gets the job. I also learned that he is engaged! We talked about the coral reefs and beaches of the city he is from, along with the climate of the mountainous regions. I learned a lot about the different parts of Saudi Arabia. He also told me about Neom, the linear city that has underground layers for transportation.

Trying to further my evaluation of Jeahs skill we completing a reading assignment. Where we rfead brief articles and answered questions together. This testing her comprehension, which she is pretty good at. I've noticed if she reads out loud she seems to understand stuff better.

 August 3rd Today Jeah and I met after a brief break, we worked on learning new words and what they mean. She loves to draw so I let her draw the new words she learned.
