Braden CO #3

 Today, I observed a group 1 speaking class. It had 3 students, one of which was my conversation partner, Masoud. It started out with the instructor asking basic questions like name, birthday, address, etc. She spoke slowly to the students, and enunciated every word very clearly. Next, they worked on talking about who family members were in relation to each other. Each student would make sentences like "Alan is Jennifer's Cousin". They all seemed very comfortable speaking in the class, and didn't have any reservations about trying to answer all the questions. They also all talked a lot, since the instructor would be continuously asking them questions the whole time. There were difficulties with pronunciation, so the students would be corrected on that often, but they did a good job with fixing their mistakes. At the end, she had the students ask me questions and write down my answers to repeat back.
